ASYA Lighting offers custom lighting design and manufacturing services based on client concepts, sketches, technical drawings, 3D models, reference images, or project specifications.

For custom projects, clients may be asked to provide:

  • sketches or mood boards;

  • technical drawings;

  • 3D files;

  • dimensions;

  • material and finish preferences;

  • installation requirements;

  • quantity and delivery expectations;

  • project deadlines.

All custom project proposals, prices, production timelines, and technical details are confirmed individually in writing.

A custom product may require design approval, technical approval, sample approval, deposit payment, or signed confirmation before production begins.

5. Quotes, Prices & Orders

Prices shown on the website, if any, are for informational purposes only unless clearly stated otherwise.

For custom lighting projects, prices are provided by individual quotation and may depend on:

  • product design;

  • dimensions;

  • materials;

  • finish;

  • LED components;

  • quantity;

  • packaging;

  • delivery location;

  • project complexity;

  • installation or technical requirements.

An order is considered accepted only after written confirmation from ASYA Lighting and, where required, payment of a deposit or full amount.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any inquiry, quotation, or order if the requested product cannot be manufactured, if materials are unavailable, if technical requirements cannot be met, or if incorrect information has been provided.

6. Payments

Payment terms are agreed individually depending on the project, order value, and client relationship.

For custom orders, ASYA Lighting may require an advance payment before design, prototyping, or production begins.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, production may begin only after payment confirmation.

Any bank fees, currency conversion costs, taxes, customs fees, or import duties are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.

7. Production & Delivery

Production timelines depend on product complexity, order quantity, material availability, approval process, and workload.

Any estimated production or delivery time provided by ASYA Lighting is approximate unless expressly confirmed as binding in writing.

Delivery may be arranged within Bulgaria, across Europe, or internationally depending on the project.

Risk of loss or damage may pass to the client upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are responsible for checking delivered goods upon receipt and notifying ASYA Lighting of any visible damage, missing items, or delivery issues as soon as possible.

8. Installation

Unless specifically agreed in writing, product installation is not included.

Lighting products should be installed by qualified professionals in accordance with applicable electrical, safety, and building regulations.

ASYA Lighting is not responsible for damage, malfunction, injury, or loss caused by incorrect installation, improper handling, unauthorized modification, unsuitable use, or failure to follow technical instructions.

9. Returns, Cancellations & Custom Products

Standard products may be eligible for return or cancellation in accordance with applicable law and the terms agreed at the time of purchase.

Custom-made, bespoke, personalized, or project-specific products are manufactured according to client requirements and may not be eligible for return or cancellation once production has started, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective.

For consumer purchases made online in the EU, consumers generally have specific rights regarding distance contracts and withdrawal, but exceptions may apply for custom-made or personalized goods. EU consumer rules require businesses to clearly explain return and cancellation conditions before the sale.

10. Warranty & Defects
